Jim Egli is a discipleship and small group enthusiast, researcher, and writer. He has done extensive quantitative research on what makes small groups healthy and growing and what makes churches' small group ministries grow, surveying over 6,000 small group leaders in hundreds of churches in dozens of countries. Jim has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Regent University.
